USB-inSync™ technology can synchronize up to 127 discrete devices to less than one nano-second of each other. All USB-inSync™ devices will be locked together and act as a single device would without requiring any additional equipment. The USB-inSync provides a dedicated system reference clock in the root hub. Each device requiring timing and synchronization information is provided an on-board clock which is accurately phase locked to all other USB-inSync device clocks on the hub via USB software protocol.
